Programme Manager
Jo Rogers
Jo has worked in the field of homelessness and complex needs for over 20 years in both practitioner and leadership roles in a variety of settings across London and the Southeast. Before joining West Sussex to implement Changing Futures she led the eight-year National Lottery funded Fulfilling Lives Programme in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex. She brings energy, enthusiasm and passion to her work and is committed to achieving practical tangible changes which can make a real difference in people’s lives. She applies a person-centred, trauma informed lens to her work and sees the importance of establishing relationships of trust as the foundation for all meaningful change.
Deputy Project Manager
Lyndsey Lloyd-Strutt
Lyndsey joined the programme in September 2022 and has over 10 years' experience working within the substance misuse field. Lyndsey originally started working in this sector as a volunteer in London, since then Lyndsey has held a range of leadership roles across a variety of community substance misuse and rough sleeping services in Central & Greater London. Within the Changing Futures Programme, Lyndsey leads on operational areas such as programme delivery, contracts management and service transformation.
System Change & Learning Lead
Louise Patmore
Louise plays a key role in the cultural and systems change of healthcare for those with multiple complex need in her work. She has worked on national drives for co-production including NESTA, realising the value and Imagine project. She has also sponsored quality Improvement projects and the Leader Leader patient power sharing program within Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust. She has a social policy degree as well as a degree in senior change management and leadership. Louise has been nominated and won several positive practice and other awards. Has spoken at MH collaborative events, BMJ international Quality forum IHI, NHS Confed, KSS & and mentors patient leaders for NHS England & KSS. Louise has lived experience of multipole complex need. She has been on many patient forums in Sussex and nationally over the last two decades and is the Programme patient lead for Sussex Healthcare Partnership ICS** She has also sponsored the Towards Zero suicide workstream working with multiple agencies to support the towards zero suicide & co-leads the community of practice and programme for trauma informed care initiatives across Sussex.
Lived Experience Co-Ordinator
Andree Ralph
Andree joined the Changing Futures team in July 2022 having previously worked for 5 years on the Fulfilling Lives Programme, supporting a team of people with lived experience employed on the programme. She has worked in the field of multiple disadvantage for over 20 years in various roles including with Probation and the homelessness sector. Throughout her career, her passion and commitment to supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantage to develop skills, confidence and move forward in their own journeys has been a driving force in her work; this continues with the Changing Futures programme. Andree is our Lived Experience Co-ordinator ensuring that the voices of the people our work matters most to, are at the heart of all we do.
Programme Support Officer
Sue Goddard
Sue joined the Changing Futures team in January 2024 as a Programme Support Officer. She has worked at West Sussex County Council for 17 years working in Headteacher and Corporate Recruitment, Staff Travel, Payroll and HR Customer Services. More recently, Sue has worked in the Adult Services and Health Teams as a Support Officer for the Commissioning Team as well as providing PA support to the Assistant Director Commissioning. Sue has worked on projects and events across the whole of WSCC Commissioning including Changing Futures, but also for teams such as Lifelong & Mental Health, QAMS (Quality and Assurance Management), Directly Provided Services, Older People, Enablement & Independence and the PMO (Project Management Office). Previously Sue worked in London as a Governmental PR and in Corporate Design in Business Development.
Project Delivery Officer - West Sussex
Lauren Payne
Lauren joined the Changing Futures team in June 2023 and is the central contact between the wider Pan Sussex Changing Futures programme and West Sussex. She has a background in Children’s Services where she worked alongside young people directly, their families, educational settings, and various professionals to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people with special educational needs.
Project Delivery Officer - East Sussex
Jim Spence
Jim joined the Changing Futures team in September 2024 and is the central contact between East Sussex and the wider Pan Sussex CF Programme. Jim has a background in the public and charity sector, having worked as a business analyst and process improvement specialist, leading multiple successful projects to bring positive organisational change.
Project Delivery Officer - Brighton & Hove
Martin Powell
Martin joined the Changing Futures team in October 2022. He has a background in the Department for Work and Pensions within the Criminal Justice sector and has worked in the voluntary / community sector in Community Development. Martin is the link between the operational Brighton & Hove Team, and the wider Pan Sussex CF Programme.

Psychotherapist
Renee Dickinson
As a senior Psychological therapist within the NHS, Renee supports teams to recognise and work alongside people who experience trauma. Renee joined the Changing Futures team in May 2022 to help develop and enhance the understanding and provision of trauma informed practice when working with people experiencing multiple complex needs. She facilitates Reflective Practice spaces for operational workforce teams to promote team resilience and cohesion whilst reducing burnout and vicarious trauma amongst staff. Renee has worked for the NHS for almost 10 years in the Public Engagement arena, prior to that working as an analyst in both the Local Authority and Police.
